National symbols

The mark is the letter X, constructed from interlocking blocks in three dimensions. It is the initial of Xity and the universal sign of verification: the mark placed beside a fact to confirm it is true. In a nation whose authority rests on what can be checked rather than what must be believed, the X is the fitting centre of its identity.

Each block represents a record on the public ledger. Separately, a block is a single fact. Joined, the blocks form one letter, as individual records form one continuous public record that no operator can silently alter. The three-dimensional form expresses the character of the state: built with depth and substance, not drawn on a surface.

The mark is the identifier of Xity on official digital surfaces. Its formal adoption as an instrument of state will be recorded in the public record when the constitutional framework is enacted.
